Richard V Barbudo
Richard V. Barbuto holds a Ph.D. in history from the University of Kansas and is Professor Emeritus of History and has served as the deputy director of the Department of Military History at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College. He served twenty-three years as an armor officer before retiring from the U.S. Army in 1994. His publications include Niagara 1814: America Invades Canada (2000) and Long Range Guns, Close Quarter Combat: The Third U.S. Artillery Regiment in the War of 1812 (2010).
